Account Deletion of ECAP

 

​Before proceeding with account deletion, please ensure that all outstanding payments are settled. The deletion process cannot begin until payments are complete.

To delete your account using the Fun ECAP mobile app, follow these steps:

​

1. Navigate to "My Account".

2. Go to Profile/My Profile.

3. Select Edit Account/Delete Account.

4. Follow the on-screen authentication process to confirm your request.

​

Once the deletion process is initiated, you will have 15-day Grace Period (default) to cancel the request if you change your mind. During this period, you can recover your account by contacting your education center.
